About Me..

As a single mother of 2, busy career woman, friend, sister, self-care enthusiast, organic everything lover, and a plant mom, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, burn-out, unappreciated, insecure, and disconnected from self.

I know about being the worse critic of ourselves whenever we step outside our comfort zone. The overwhelming or frustrating feeling of being “not enough” in some way or having draining doubts that creep up into our minds can shadow our greatness. Not to mention how easy it is to put our needs on the back burner because we love helping others.
